TestProject + Sauce Labs: Teaming Up for Better Testing

TestProjectandSauceLabsIntegration

You asked, we listened! šŸ™Œ Our #1 requested feature of the past year was allowing users to run their TestProject tests on browsers and devices that aren’t physically connected to their computer. Today, we are excited to announce a new integration between TestProject and our friends at Sauce Labs which makes testing on cloud devices and browsers a breeze!

Why are we so excited about this integration? šŸŽ‰ Because testers now have the freedom to run tests on any mobile device or browser/OS combination offered on Sauce Labs’ test cloud. Since TestProject always uses Selenium and Appium as the core driver for executing automated tests, coded or even codeless, TestProject tests will run natively in Sauce Labs.

Now, you can be confident that your app runs well on all platforms and device types before go live. Even better, you can save hours of cycle time by executing your automated tests in parallel. No more managing a sea of devices, struggling through OS and app updates, or trying to figure out how to install old versions of browsers (looking at you IE 11).

Curious to take this integration for a spin? Taking advantage of this capability couldn’t be easier. Simply sign up for a free trial of Sauce Labs, and then create a free TestProject account (if you don’t already have one). Once you are signed up on both platforms, simply enter your user name and Access Key from Sauce Labs into the TestProject section for ā€œSauce Labsā€ integration as per our integration documentation.

Want to learn first hand about this exciting new capability? We invite you to join our joint webinar on January 23, 2020 to learn more about the combined solution and see a live demonstration āœØšŸ“Œ

Thanks to our amazing friends at Sauce Labs for all of their support in building this awesome new integration. We look forward to all of your feedback on what we have built, and ways we can make this even better in the future!

Happy Testing Everyone! šŸ˜ŽšŸ’Ŗ
