This tutorial focused exclusively on web UI testing, but the same principles and techniques can be used to test mobile apps as well! Appium is an open source project built on top of WebDriver for testing both native mobile apps and mobile web browser apps. Python is one of many available language bindings for Appium. Since Appium is based on WebDriver, the API is similar, and page objects can be used.
